Book a fitting

Come in and slip into the dress you've been eyeing or to explore a few other showstopping pieces before deciding on your favourite to rent!

If you have a specific garment in mind, we recommend checking its availability for your desired rental dates before booking your appointment. You can do this directly via the calendar on the dress’s page or by reaching out to our team.

Please note:

• Garments cannot be reserved or placed on hold for try-ons. Priority is given to confirmed rentals.
• Garments are secured only once payment has been made in full.

• To protect the quality of our garments, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing makeup that may transfer onto the dresses during your fitting. Should any item be stained as a result, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to R600 to cover professional dry cleaning.

• If you decide to book a garment, R100 of this fee will be deducted from your total rental fee.
  Please note: Bookings made after fitting date will not qualify for this deduction.

• This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show. We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling where availability allows.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before your fitting
